We want every nervX System to arrive exactly as intended.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Due to the curated and assembled nature of our products, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Please note:

• Cosmetic wear resulting from normal use is not considered a defect.
• Variations in archival stamp selection are intentional and form part of the character of each Cache Module.
• Components may display minor manufacturing marks consistent with their intended use and production methods.

Approved returns must be returned in their original condition.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
