Harbinger Module

The Harbinger Module represents the most complete nervX configuration available. Housed within an engraved steel transit tin, each module is individually assembled using carefully selected utility, medical and field-oriented components sourced from specialist manufacturers and suppliers.

Configured around compact capability rather than volume, Harbinger combines utility, repair, documentation and specialist field-oriented components within a pocket-sized format designed for movement and adaptability. Building upon the Meridian platform, Harbinger incorporates an additional specialist component not included elsewhere in the range, creating the most comprehensive configuration in the range.

Each component has been selected to maximise capability within an extremely limited footprint while maintaining the discreet nature of the system.

Every Harbinger Module includes a unique archival transit stamp individually selected from the most distinctive examples within the nervX collection. Examples may include colonial, wartime and transit-era material featuring uncommon overprints, postal markings and cancellation marks preserved beneath the primary equipment layer, serving as a quiet marker of movement, passage, distance and continuity within the broader nervX philosophy.

SYSTEM DETAILS

• Individually assembled and configured by hand

• Each module is fitted with a low-profile Atwood Rope Micro Cord retrieval loop, permanently secured with a Zeppelin bend knot. The trimmed and heat-sealed cord ends are enclosed beneath black heat-shrink for a compact, fixed finish. The loop provides a discreet finger purchase for quick removal from a pocket or pouch, while also serving as a compact hanging or retention point when needed.

• SOLAS reflective tape insert fitted beneath the transit tin lid to provide a highly conspicuous visual marker capable of producing a strong reflective flash in both daylight and low-light conditions

• Archival transit stamp preserved within an archival protective sleeve beneath the primary equipment layer

• Atwood Rope MFG 1.15 mm Technora® cordage configured primarily as a compact friction cutting tool. The heat-resistant Technora® aramid fibres are capable of cutting through plastic restraints and similar materials using rapid reciprocating movement, while also serving as high-strength utility cordage when required.

• Beadalon WildFire® Ultra thread and John James Size 8 needle pairing for field repair and maintenance tasks

• John James Size 8 needle fitted with a custom heat-shrink protective sheath

• Victorinox® tweezers fitted with a custom heat-shrink retention sleeve

• Ivy Classic razor blade fitted with a custom nervX protective sheath for secure storage

• Duck Brand friction tape integrated within the module to retain the Continental Liberty pry bar and minimise movement during transport

• Schmidt® D1 Mini 635 M refill selected for dependable writing performance and minimal storage requirements.

• Rite in the Rain® writing paper integrated as a weather-resistant contingency writing surface for documentation, notes and reference information

• LIXY NANO ultra-compact LED light providing immediate low-light capability for equipment inspection, documentation and close-range utility tasks

• Precision tungsten-carbide scribe tip integrated for marking metal, glass, ceramic and other hard surfaces while maintaining the compact internal layout of the module

• OscarDelta diamond wire blade integrated within the specialist utility layer

• OscarDelta Uber Gulag Shim is a specialized restraint-bypass tool made from high-grade stainless steel to open single-locked handcuffs without a key

• Shomer-Tec Escape Wire™ Micro Saw integrated as the defining component of the Harbinger configuration, deploying into a 26-inch cutting tool when required.

• Gorilla Ultimate Tape supplied on a custom-cut ABS substrate to minimise bulk and preserve tape integrity during long-term storage

• High-visibility orange pull tab integrated beneath the lower McKesson adhesive bandage to provide intuitive access to the concealed lower compartment. The reinforced heat-shrink tip improves grip during use. When replenishing the lower adhesive bandage, the pull tab should be transferred to the replacement bandage to maintain the module’s original configuration.
