The Pacific Handy Cutter HC-900 is a compact all-metal utility cutter manufactured in the United States, derived from a design that has remained in continuous production for decades across industrial, logistics and trade environments.

Selected for its compact profile, mechanical simplicity and enduring design, the HC-900 traces its origins to a utility cutter architecture first introduced during the mid-twentieth century. Over seventy years later, the format remains instantly recognisable and continues to be valued for its reliability, portability and straightforward functionality.

The nervX Edition features a custom-applied nervX vinyl graphic that distinguishes the first production release while preserving the original HC-900’s proven functionality and industrial character.

Lightweight, compact and easily carried, the HC-900 is suited to daily utility tasks, packaging, workshop use and general-purpose cutting applications.
